Recipe | White Swan Apple Cake

This is a very easy recipe – the most time consuming part is peeling the apples!
Prep Time: 10-15 minutes
Cook Time: approx 50 minutes
Total Time: approx 60 minutes
Yield: Serves 12-16
Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup oil
1 ¾ cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp nutmeg
4-5 apples peeled and cut into small pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Grease a 9x13 pan or bundt pan
Peel and cut the apples
Mix all of the above ingredients in a large bowl
Pour into the 9x13 greased pan
Bake for approximately 50 minutes
Let cool before cutting
